General Advice On Penis Enlargement
Times have changed. Finally men can do something about size of their penis.
Penis enlargement has been around for centuries. The difference is that modern science has done a good job in proving and disapproving different techniques. Approach is more scientific now, and talking from personal experience, it works.
Nevertheless, there are certain things every man should know before engaging in penis enlargement.
And the first thing on the list is to have patience. We by nature want instant gratification. I know - patience is not my virtue either, but I will be straight up with you. You will need a little patience if you want to try this. You will not see an overnight increase in your penis, and run away from any program that promises you. It takes a couple or a few weeks to see the improvement. It will come — all you need is stick to the routine. Tissue needs time to grow and that many people experience growth spurts and plateaus and that you just need to be patient.
Don’t be over-zealous. Penis enlargement is based on intensity and regularity, which is why performing a routine more than once per day is not as effective as doing it once, but very intensely. The tissues need time to recover and grow in size, just like muscles need to heal after a gym session. Overtraining is never recommended.
Clip your public hair or shave it. It gets in the way of exercise sometimes. You may pull it by mistake and hurt yourself. Some exercise wants you to get a good grip on the base of your shaft. Long pubic hair may come in your way.
Some exercise needs you to be only partially erect. If you are an average guy, then your penis doesn’t listen to you either. If you find yourself fully erected, then one way to go to partial erection is distract yourself - set your focus on something that does not involve sex.
Last advice — Don’t measure yourself every hour or even everyday. I used to measure it every 10 days. Measuring everyday is only going to kill your motivation. You will expect gain everytime you measure your penis and it does not work that way. So be realistic, and measure for your gains every week or maybe even every two weeks.
Getting there is more important than getting there fast.
