<p>Premature ejaculation has both physical and psychological roots. Premature ejaculaiton is caused by faster than normal neorogical response in pelvic muscles. Doctors say that most men suffering from it have inherited it from their father or grandfather.</p>
<p>Major causes of premature ejacuation are inexperience, a weak PC muscle, and a faster than normal neurological response in the pelvic muscles. Experience comes with more sex. PC muscle or pubococcygeus muscle acts a floor to the pelvic area, and support the organs from underneath. It is also responsible for controlling orgasm. The good news is that PC muscles can be trained to listen to you, and not act on their own. You can train PC muscles with special exercise and delay orgasm, leading to longer and prolonged sex.</p>
<p>One of the exercise, Kegels, is designed for such purpose.</p>

<p>Nevertheless, there are certain things every man should know before engaging in penis enlargement.</p>
<p>And the <strong>first thing on the list is to have patience</strong>. We by nature want instant gratification. I know - patience is not my virtue either, but I will be straight up with you. You will need a little patience if you want to try this. You will not see an overnight increase in your penis, and run away from any program that promises you. It takes a couple or a few weeks to see the improvement. <p>Last advice &#8212; Don&#8217;t measure yourself every hour or even everyday. I used to measure it every 10 days. Measuring everyday is only going to kill your motivation. You will expect gain everytime you measure your penis and it does not work that way. So be realistic, and measure for your gains every week or maybe even every two weeks.</p>
